Such a nice campsite, back to basics, no frills perfect camping. But full of quality that could go amiss. The showers and toilets were always clean, the showers were so warm and not like the piddly ones you get. Proper showers you would have at home. Washing up facilities are amazing with sinks at the right height! Easy access in and was able to choose our own pitch. The warden was always on hand and accomodating. The whole site and everything was absolutely faultless and for £20 per night was an absolute bargain. Would recommend 100% and we are looking forward to our return trip.

Weekend Trip to Penn Meadow Farm

I had a lovely two day stay here. Was camping for some chill time and the countryside and views here are fabulous. There are two fields, one much bigger than the other. It was busy so I couldn’t find a space in the big field that was quiet and flat - a huge part of the field is on a slope and I don’t sleep well when rolling about! I went to the smaller field which was lovely and pitched up in the corner by the horses and with a view over the valley - lovely. One group of families who decided playing music at nightclub volume was a nice way to enjoy the beauty of the nature and peace here, but each to their own I guess. The noise was never loud late so well within the rules. The showers are lovely. Great to have a fire. I picked up an 8 mile Alltrails hiking trail from the campsite which was handy too. I would return. Lovely site which is managed with care.

Wonderfully quiet weekend (not school holidays). Great location for riverside walks, meadows, and top tier pub food at Laleham village at The Three Horseshoes. The staff were super helpful and facilities clean and easily accessed.

Genuinely could not fault anything about this site. Beautiful views, great amenities and owners that could not have been more accommodating. Truly a wonderful campsite and easily the best in the area. Quick bus into brighton just outside too.

Beautiful setting. If you want to get back to nature this is the place for you! We were a large family group celebrating three birthdays and it’s perfect to pitch up for campers and campervanners. The toliets are great and the shower was hot. My only feedback is to sort out the temperature of both showers so they run at a decent temp. One was cold and the other was too hot. And more bins on site so you can recycle more easily - food / non food. You’re encouraged to recycle at home as it’s a greenfield site. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a great weekend on the campsite, beautiful setting, lots of space to pitch your tent and have a camp fire. Great pub just down the road, only negative was the toilet/ shower block was sometimes quite busy but other than that I’d highly recommend and will be returning again in a few weeks!

My family had a great time camping at daisy May's farm, this was our first visit and our first time camping. We loved that we could pitch up where we wanted and the fact there was proper toilets and a shower. the staff were all so lovely, they really engaged with the children particularly the young girl with the horses who kept them occupied for hours and hours. I saw another young man help a family setting up their tent he seemed to have such a great attitude and all staff answered any questions we had about animals or activities. My family all loved spending time with the animals the play area was also a big hit. I can not recommend this place enough and we will be returning in the summer holidays!

A small family run site in Weston-on-the Green village located with a local pub 5 minutes walk away and on site cafe. The site also has newly refurbished toilet and shower facilities. Amazing location to access Oxford city and easy access to M40 (Junction 9). Good things await for those who grab a berth at Weston Caravan and Campsite, in the Oxfordshire village of Weston-on-the-Green. For starters, space seekers should be pleased to see that there’s plenty of breathing room around this former dairy farm – excellent news for kids or dogs that need a bit of haring-about time after being cooped up in the car. Depending on where you’ve plonked down you may find that your nearest neighbours are the resident beef cattle, sheep or horses; it’s worth keeping your eyes open for sightings of the hedgehogs that often scuttle about the place too. Perhaps most crucially for those whose stomachs dictate a site’s success is the presence of a café that serves up a tempting range of freshly cooked goodies: breakfasts (no rush – they’re served all day), salads, cakes and coffees, plus cheeses, pies and the like to take away. Cars/vehicles: Cars and vehicles can be on the field but should move minimally and always under 5mph. Car stereos should not be used for music entertainment. Drugs and Alcohol: Drug use is prohibited, and violators will be asked to leave. Consume alcohol responsibly, and do not drive or move your vehicle after consuming alcohol. We do not typically book Large non-family groups unless they are seeking a calm and peaceful stay. These groups must have authorization prior to the visit.

We are on the Somerset levels so the sunsets are amazing as well as night time stargazing. We have a private, wooden jetty where you can launch your own paddle board. A family run campsite around 30 miles south of Bristol on the banks of the River Brue, it has a relaxed vibe and we try to keep things simple and straight forward.
