What an amazing weekend we had. The kids (11&12) we're in their element and there were tears when it was time to go.
Had to be careful that my daughter didn't sneak Alfie into the van home...

Billy Goat Gruff's Yurt
Chris was lovely and so was the yurt, my grandchildren enjoyed their first taste of camping,especially the wood fired hot tub , the site was nice and quiet,only two yurts and a shepherds hut,would definitely book again ,thanks Chris

We had a fantastic experience! Christine was a super hostess. Loved all of the animals on the site. The yurt was charming and very cosy and comfortable. The wood fired hot tub was amazing. Will definitely visit again!

We loved the experience of sleeping in a yurt - so much space compared to our own tent. All her animals (particularly her gorgeous doggies who we would have gladly kidnapped) were an added intrigue for our 6 & 8 year old boys. My husband loved stoking the fire for the hot tub and Chris clearly has a huge heart and made us feel very welcome

Billy Goat Gruff's Yurt - 1762
10/10. Yurt stay was fabulous.
The wood fire hot tub was amazing.
Everything we needed was provided including bedding, towels, BBQ, utensils & toilet roll.
Chris was such a welcoming, lovely host, my kids loved feeding the many farm animals with her and helping walk her dogs.
There is a couple of electric plugs in the shower room with a fridge/freezer to use which was handy.
Couldn’t fault the place. Perfect start to the summer hols.
Came home with fresh eggs which we can’t wait to eat. Thank you

I can't recommend Chris's yurt farm enough! The 6 of us had an amazing time for the long Jubilee weekend. The hot tub and the campfire was all we needed to have a chilled time while being surrounded by nature. Chris was very helpful with directions and recommendations on foortpaths and activities. The yurt had everything we needed and more.

We had a wonderful stay in the Shepherds Hut, though we actually had the site to ourselves as the yurts were not booked at the time. The hut was cozy with a comfy bed. The wood fired hot tub was great once we got it heated the first night it was almost too hot to handle the next night :) sitting by the firepit was so relaxing. We enjoyed walking round to see the various animals and snapping some pic for the kids. Chris was a great host, very friendly, she gave some tips of places to explore and we even bought some fresh eggs. Thanks very much for a great stay.

The yurts are fantastic, totally fully equipped with everything you might need - lovely clean bedding and towels, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, camping stove, gas, wood burning stove and anything else you might want.
The lovely big field we were in has lanterns etc at night so you don't need to bother with a torch. Amazing hot tub, easy to heat and use. If it's hot (which is was for us) you can leave it cooler, which is also amazing. Toilets close to the yurts. Shower block, loos, frigdes and freezers are 2 mins walk away. Fantastic animals, dogs, peacocks, horses, llamas, emus, reah bird, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks............ And last but definitely not least, Chris, our host was so welcoming and friendly, she showed us round, introduced all the animals, showed us how everything worked and was always there if we needed her for anything, Chris is so laid back you just feel so welcome and told us the history of the place and has a wealth of local information and recommendations. All four of us would definitely book again. Thanks Chris, you gave us an experience to remember. Give our love to all your dogs, who are all wonderful, and we hope the newly hatched chick does well.

We spent the weekend in 1 of the yurts, my wife, 2 children & I. The moment we arrived, we were greeted at the gates & given a tour of the site & animals kept onsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, had lots of fun & enjoyed petting the animals. Fantastic facilities & very accommodating owners who couldn't help enough. I'd definitely recommend spending time here. Quality family time! Thanks for a great break!!

Myself, husband and 2 children had a blissful weekend glamping in our yurt. The settling was idyllic with lots of animals to see which the children loved. We made use of the wood fired hot tub and bbq there which were brilliant. Just what we needed, and Chris was a brilliant host.

We have loved our two nights here in yurt 2, warm cosy and a far removed experience from our lovely but really cold tent!! Tom has loved feeding the animals daily with Chris who has been a perfect host. A really perfect break after a tough year for two adults and one child to totally unwind (safely) without any technology and just chill out with a campfire thank you Chris and team 🥰

Myself my partner and our 3 boys had a wonderful stay at the glamping site, we stayed in a beautiful clean yurt there was everything you could need and more , the surroundings around us were breath taking.
The boys enjoyed getting back to basics making fires keeping us all warm!!
Would definitely recommend and return .
Chris was so lovely and went above and beyond for us , she was so kind she picked us up after a lovely meal at the cat inn and brought us back... Chris was friendly, welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our glamping experience 10 out of 10

I don’t think I have stayed anywhere in the past few years and been made to feel so welcome and at ease. Chris really is a superb host; nothing is too much trouble.
We were blessed with sunshine and enjoyed the peaceful setting and privacy of the hen hut. We enjoyed being at one with nature; meeting the animals, lighting the fire in the hot tub, cooking outdoors and seeing the best of the countryside on some lovely walks.
The hen hut was comfortable and well equipped, the showers hot and the toilets clean.
We would love to visit again!

We had a terrible Experience with our glamping trip ! Night one we had a very loud house party right next to us until early hours in the morning, We was also told that we’d be provided with a private hot tub, which wasn’t the case as all it was a shared one. On day two the owner was VERY VERY rude to me and my partner, to which she was swearing at us, what completely ruined our experience so we woke up the following morning at early hours and left ! Ontop of that we was informed that this site wasn’t pet friendly which was ideal as my partner is allergic to dogs, but as we was sitting and eating our dinner some other customers had a dog and it wouldn’t leave our side so my partner woke up covered in rashes.
Very disappointing experience indeed to what was our anniversary weekend !

Booked the shepherds hut for myself and my boyfriend as a last minute birthday celebration and had one of the best birthdays ever! The hut has everything you need for outdoor and indoor cooking, we spent the first night cooking on the fire outside and taking in the nature around us, and had a cosy second night in the hut where we cooked on the stove inside. There was every animal we could ever imagine on and around the farm and some nice walks and pools nearby too. We spent the last day in our own private garden area outside the hut and then went wild swimming in a nearby pool about 15 minutes away.
We did not make use of the hot tub although it looked simple enough to use and the shower room was nice to use too. Would definitely recommend booking this place :)

Booked at the last minute and a great find only an hour away. Had a brilliant few days in one of the Shepards Huts with the added bonus of the log fired hot tub and fire pit. The owners were very nice and the site was so quiet which just added to make a lovely weekend!

We have just retuned from a 2 night stay in one of Glamping West Midland's yurts and have had a brilliant time. My husband, two children (age 7 & 8) and I have had so much fun. It was our first adventure camping and I am so glad that we decided to go glamping.
The yurt was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything that we needed. Chris' attention to detail was impressive, even towels and lovely soft blankets were provided. All we needed to take was food. Despite going for a few rainy days in April, the yurts were really warm and cosy. It was great to be able to stand up in the yurt and move around easily. There was lots of space for the 4 of us and all of our bags!
The facilities (showers, toilets etc) were far better than I was expecting. Very clean and easy to get to in the night.
My daughter loves animals and was absolutely thrilled when Chris invited her to feed the animals (geese, chickens, ponies, llama's, pigs etc) and walk the dogs. She has had the time of her life. My husband and son had a great time lighting the fire-heated hot tub and we managed to get in it last night. It was a magical end to a wonderful holiday.
The location of the site is great. Only about 15 minutes from Bridgnorth where we spent the day on the steam railway. Then we visited a local pub for dinner, recommended by Chris and had a very warm welcome. The owner of the pub offered us milk and bread incase we hadn't been able to get to the shops and even gave us a free bottle of wine!
If you are reading through all the varying glamping sites and wondering where to go. I'd highly recommend Glamping West Midland's. It's in a beautiful setting and there is only 1 other yurt and a few cabins for people to stay, so you won't be surrounded by noisy neighbours.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed in one of these wonderful yurts for 3 nights. Everything was provided for us (just bring food and drink) Beautiful setting. So many lovely animals and birds, felt like I was on a little safari. Great pubs nearby. The owners are close by and were very friendly and helpful. For someone that doesn't do camping, I can't wait to go back!

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and we loved it. A beautiful country setting. Provided everything you needed and more. The yurt is lovely. Really enjoyed our time their. The owners are super nice and made us feel really welcome. Will visit again.
