Great House Farm Luxury Pods

Our Chwefru Pod is on the left hand side of the site furthest away from the car park and and accommodates up to four people (one double bed and a sofa bed - ideally suited to 2 people but can accommodate four guests). We just have three pods on the site so you can relax, refresh and recharge. All pods have stunning views over the valley to Breconshire and on a clear day you can see as far as the Brecon Beacons. The pod includes the following: All bedding Luxury wool blanket and cushion accessories by Bronte Moon Ensuite shower room Towels Hot running water and sink Radiator/s - the radiators and insulation make this pod very cosy and warm in the colder months Kitchen with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge Plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, cups and glasses Tin opener, bottle/wine opener, spatula, knives, chopping board, wooden spoons, cooking tongs and a whisk Smart TV WiFi - each pod has its own wifi connection USB charging points Decking area Large patio with your own private hot tub and rattan seating/dining Grassed area Fire pit including a cooking grill for use as a BBQ (custom made) - We will provide you with some starter wood and starter logs for the firepit - perfect for cooler evenings. From our pods you will have stunning views as far at the Brecon Beacons and Hay Bluff - sit back on the patio with a glass of your favourite tipple and relax, refresh and recharge. We offer a number of extras that you can purchase beforehand or on the site. Our site has a large car park (about 200 metres from the Chwefru pod) and the use of a trolley (or please ask for help) to take your luggage to the pods on our wide paths. The site itself is vehicle free. We look to recycle on site (the chicken that live adjacent to the car park love vegetables and fruit) and all stone walls on the site have been built by ourselves using stone that we have dug out of the site when we were developing it.

Beautiful view. The sky at night is unlike anything I have ever seen; so clear that I could see every star! The hosts were personable and helpful. They offered activities and provided advice for food orders. The hot tub was stunning and located right next to the pod, so it felt very private hopping from one to the other. It was a well needed relaxing weekend! We will defo be going back :)

This place was truly beautiful, excellent views from the pod. Lots of space for everyone so you can have relaxing time apart or together. Nice space to get some cooking/food prep done in with a lovely little breakfast bar. Great outdoor patio area to lounge in plenty of space for everyone to relax. Really clean, well layed out rules and helpful owner. The hill up is a bit bendy but that's to be expected when holidaying in a hilly/mountainous area. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a amazingly priced getaway.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location

We had a great stay at Great House Farm in their Chwefru camping pod. The pod was fully kitted out and the location is stunning. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and, whilst we didn't have need for any extras or other requests, options were there for us to take advantage of.

Lovely weekend

Stayed here for the weekend in a pod and did not disappoint. Pod was well equipped with everything that we needed for the stay, hot tub and outside area was lovely. Even though it’s on a farm it was still really quiet and peaceful. Would defiantly come back. Staff on site were lovely and helpful on arrival. Everything was easy from start to finish.

It was the best place, very clean, hosts very open to anything, they allowed children to see all the animals, to feed the animals and to play around the farm. Very clean pod, very well maintained. All you need you can find inside the pod starting from cutlery and crockeries, extra pillows, towels and blankets. In one word, it is perfect for families and children.

This was a five day birthday gift/ trip for me and our family of four (2 adults, 2 girls, 10 and 8). First impressions were breathtaking views, friendly conversationally engaging owners, cleanliness and attention to detail. Nothing has been missed or left to chance. From fire wood to WI-FI, it’s all there AND works! The hot tub was amazing, the furniture (inside and out) of high quality and there’s a real feeling of thought and genuine care. Even the layout gives a feeling of exclusion without isolation. We will be treating these pods as our own, and rebooking shortly. Thank you to Lynne, Glyn, Reece and Carrie ❤️ AND for the birthday note and chocolates; and thank Reece for letting our girls feed the sheep 🐑

Literally perfect lil getaway. The pod was so clean and cosy, everything you need is in there. The hot tub was just so relaxing under the stars and the sunset perfect views all round 😍 The hosts were amazing they cater to your needs with no hesitation. They have a little folder with all the info of what to do and also what's around the area shops,walks pubs (ect very handy). Using the fire pit to cook is a must 🤤 Definitely be booking again!

We had the most amazing stay at Great House Farm in the Ifron pod, it was perfect for the 3 of us! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, they had thought of everything too, the little touches made the weekend! The hot tub was perfect and looking out on those beautiful views was so relaxing! We went for walks and mountain biking around the area which was so beautiful! We have made memories which will last a life time and we can’t thank them enough for such an incredible stay! We have already recommended Great House Farm Luxury Pods to many of our friends! If you are looking for a relaxing break, this is the place. It truly is breathtaking!

Thank you Lynne & family so much we stayed here with our 2 children for 2 nights and had a wonderful time in the luxury pods. The pods were spotless and had everything we needed, the views were outstanding. The hot tub was amazing and the fire pit/bbq was great. Lynne was there to meet us as arranged and showed us to the pod and also explained how everything worked, there was also a folder inside the pod with all the information you need which was very helpful. The little toiletries, tea, coffee and sweets etc were lovely and the kids loved that we had Netflix on the TV. We will definitely be back. Thank you Cara & Steve xx

My partner and I stayed in the Wye pod for 2 nights last week (we also took our dog, Thor with us too!) and it far surpassed our expectations. We're not usually ones for UK breaks, but this may well have changed our minds. We were greeted by our host who was very warm and welcoming. She showed us to our pod and ran us through some key points about the hot tub etc. The pods are immaculately finished and there are so many little extras that really make a difference. The site itself is lovely, secluded and peaceful but still close enough to local pubs/shops. You can really see the effort that has been made to make it stand out from other "Glamping" options. One thing that is definitely worth mentioning is the cleanliness of the site, pods and hot tub. Every inch of the place was clean and fresh, which was extremely reassuring considering the ongoing pandemic. The main highlight of the accommodation for us is the view! From the pod, patio and hot tub, you can see nothing but uninterrupted countryside and it's truly beautiful. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and could not recommend Great House Farm Luxury Pods enough.
