The space This is a lovely 35 ft. park model coach with wonderful new renovations for your vacation experience, your own spacious private Lanai patio. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances, cooking / eating utensils, dining and living area with 28' flat screen TV. We have coffee / tea to get you going in the morning. Pool availability is seasonal (May-October). There is a fire pit,horse shoe pits and BBQ also for your outdoor enjoyment. Guest access While you are here you can enjoy the pool, sit in the garden and listen to the sounds of the waterfall from the pond, or enjoy a game of horseshoes while you BBQ on the lanai. To complete your evening enjoy the night skies seated around your own private fire pit. Other things to note I do offer vortex yoga hikes by appointment. You can message me for cost and details. Perfect for couples, families, or groups seeking an escape into nature. Panoramic views of the Northern Arizona landscape and spectacular stargazing await you on our 20-acre working off-grid homestead! **PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING** Our secluded homestead is 6 miles outside of the town of Ash Fork. The yurt has 1 queen bed and 2 extra sleeping bags. It can get chilly at night, even in the summer, but we provide lots of sheets and blankets, plus a heater is available for rent if you need it! Guests will have access to a private firepit, composting toilet, and picnic table. Follow the paths around our 20 acres and take in the scenery and visit with our pigs, chickens, turkeys, and horses. Feel free to play all the board games and amenities provided in the yurt. We provide a solar-powered charging station for your phones or laptops. Your furry friends are more than welcome! Our homestead is 4 miles down a dirt road that can get rough. We DO NOT recommend a car to get to the location. You should have service with most phone carriers on the property. The directions and address provided in our check-in text should have you find our property with no issue. (Follow the address sent via text, day of arrival, from your host) During the dry season (summer months) there may be fire restrictions in place. The host will inform you if these fire restrictions are in place during your stay. Note that this listing is not wheelchair accessible.
