This is a great place to get away without driving miles into the desert. You get trees and space (and wild life). They are always improving upon what they have on the property and Christopher was very helpful when we arrived. If you want time to yourself, this is the place to camp.

I had a very relaxing one night stay at Fall’s camp. I stayed in site 17. It’s very private and is shaded by mature oak trees. The site was nicely tended and level. The bathrooms were very clean and I really appreciated the shower.

Site # 16 has enough shade and space for three 4 man tents. It also had a picnic table, Enough parking and is the highest of the campsites. So it gets one of the better views. It's a small campsite so you can hear sites 14 to 18 easily.

The campsite offered incredible views of the pacific ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the negative, the bathrooms were not very clean, and the trash was building up in the dumpsters.

We had a great time overall. While it looks like things are still getting set up, we found a place to set up without issue and enjoyed our view. A good mix of tent and RV campers and it was nice to walk around with our pup to investigate everything. Felt very removed and private (even though we were only an hour from home). Would definitely come again!

Weekend Trip to Splitrock Farm and Retreat

Such a beautiful place. I’ve only been gone a couple days and I already miss it. If you’re into camping for the connection with nature, it can’t be beat. Miles of places to hike, my daughters and I walked for an hour and a half with 30 goats and an alpaca who were following us around. It is a bit rustic. You might have to walk 10 minutes or jump in your car for a flush toilet, and our site didn’t have any electricity, but it depends what you value in a camping experience. And for me the beautiful views, huge boulders, random pig walking through my campsite in the morning while I was making my coffee, just simply can’t be beat by any other place I’ve seen. I really love it and will be back as often as possible. Also, the staff are amazing and welcoming.

The site was wonderful, hiking around was so much fun and there's so much to see, and the place is pretty well kept. You also get to see farm animals wandering around which was great! highly recommend

2 nights at Rustic Wooded Ranch -Creekside Stay

Tent camping at Gemeni Moon Ranch was such a cool and unique experience. The 5 acre grounds is surrounded by beautiful trees and rustic architecture. Once you get to the grounds, It feels like you've been transported back in time to an old western movie. Tracy and her partner were amazing hosts and greeted us upon arrival with a tour of the entire property. Pets are welcome which was great because we got to bring our dog along for the adventure. There is an outdoor kitchen and bathrooms on site, as well as tables for eating and a cozy bonfire area. There is also a creek that runs through their property and you can hear the frogs singing at night which was awesome! I would highly recommend camping on their property. It was such a great way to spend a few days out of the city.

Benjamin's property is a gem. I could have started for several days and not tired of the views. I arrived in the area close to o check in time, so I drove straight to the farm. I'd planned to head back out to explore and maybe eat dinner in town. I was glad that I had plenty of food and water with me, because I was happy to stay put once I picked out my camp spot. The road to the retreat is not at all difficult, even in my mid roof van. Still, I was happy to stay put for the afternoon and drive down the mountain in the morning.

The local area provides hiking, wildlife, mountain biking, lakes and 35 minutes to the nearest wine tasting in Temecula. We are an hour from the beach and roughly an hour and half to Skiing and Snowboarding at Mt. High. Minutes away from Santa Rosa Plateau for hiking. You are also a 15-30 minute drive to explore the amenities of the local cities, wine country and 45 minutes to the beach. The 21 acre property provides amazing views as well as biking and hiking along the local fire and farm roads. We offer Camping supplies such as tents or chairs if needed for a small rental fee as well as the ability to purchase fresh avocados, citrus or Farm fresh eggs from the grove. It's so nice to "meet you" my name is Taryn and my hubby's name is Anson. We are parents to two-year-old twins, so saying we have our hands full is an understatement. Anson is a folk and blues musician and has traveled all around the U.S. playing his music and I work for a children's book company. One day, we decided that we wanted to live the rest of our lives hosting live music, and events and that's how Rock & Tree began. As the idea grew, we wanted to create an Open Canvas so that the guest could dream up what they wanted on our stage. We moved to the Inland Empire from Santa Monica, in 2017 with the dream of building an open canvas event space out of sustainable, re purposed and natural materials. Our mission is help enrich the culture of Perris, CA by providing a unique venue that takes you away from the hustle and bustle and takes you to a wonderland of nature surrounded by rocks and eucalyptus trees. Anson and I continue to build everything ourselves with the help of our friends and family every now and again. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events.
