Electrical and Water hook ups are available and easy to access as soon as you pull in. Your well behaved dogs are welcome off leash.

We loved staying here. It’s in a separate lot next to the hosts land. Siobhan met us and was very sweet. We had use of the trash and washing machine and dryer which was VERY appreciated. Beautiful setting surrounded by trees. We were had WiFi

I loved camping here. Complete and total privacy! Having water and electricity is a major plus. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Great spot! Host was awesome. Close to Nevada City & Grass Valley. Great cell coverage. (I have both AT&T and T-mobile). Peaceful neighborhood. Nice hiking trails within walking distance, great for walking the dog. Everything well explained in the welcome message. Great spot, would stay again.

The site is in a great area. It’s close enough to towns, hiking, and biking. It also has power and water! The host gave plenty of recommendations of places to find food, and places to visit.

Quiet neighborhood and property. We enjoyed staying at Siobhan's place. She was very responsive and helpful. Feels private with the partial fence. She allowed us to let the dogs into the fully fenced in area. It was really helpful to have access to do laundry along with having the electric and water hook up. Would definitely stay again!
