Difficult to find our site in the dark but just one trip through the loop and we were able to find it. Fabulous view of Mt. Shasta to the south. Lake Shastina was windy but otherwise beautiful. Nice all-around visit. Will stay here again.

We loved this spot, with a beautiful view of Mt. Shasta amongst the sagebrush. It was very quiet and private, just what we look for in a campsite!

Great view !!! Pretty leveled ground. We enjoyed our time here and the sunrise was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. Only thing I’d change is maybe putting up signs to which site is which. Other than that it was an amazing experience.

I had an excellent time here with my dog in my truck camper. It was easy to find/navigate. I would highly recommend this spot. Alex was also great about communication. I'll be coming back for sure!

Fantastic! Couldn’t imagine a more picturesque and peaceful campsite. The location is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. Highly recommend, hope to stay again soon!

One of the coolest places we've ever stayed! Will definitely be going back. Far from the madding crowd, in the high desert with beautiful views all around -- Shasta playing the starring role. Alex is charming and a great host. A perfect place to watch the night sky and soak in the sounds of nature.

Guys. This site in INCREDIBLE. Stay if you get the chance. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. If you are coming from the north and Google tells you to stop on the right side of the road, it's wrong. There's a little house a bit further up on the left.

We absolutely loved this camping area! The site was clean, well-maintained, and the view was truly stunning. On a clear, moonless night, the sky came alive with stars and constellations—it was breathtaking. We even heard a few coyotes howling in the distance, which added to the wilderness experience without being disruptive.
The host, Alex, was fantastic and went above and beyond by helping us with extra firewood, which we really appreciated. This is definitely a spot we’d love to return to in the summer. The only thing that could make this place even better would be the addition of toilet facilities. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

The views are great! I visited in December and the winds were pretty strong at night, keep that in mind if you plan to tent camp in the winter. I’ll definitely go back at some point!

Gorgeous location that exceeded our expectations!
The views were spectacular, the host was super friendly and welcoming, the spot was so easy to park in with so much room! We just enjoyed everything about this stay-except that we couldn’t stay longer!!!
Our one night stay was wonderful though!

Great stay! Highly recommend to all. Private camp site- our pup was able to run around lots and tire out. The stars were unbelievable and the view is great. Alex is very kind and helpful!

Alex was our hero!! The property itself is lovely - nice and quiet, stunning scenery, and our dogs were able to play for hours and really wear themselves out. One of our RV’s stabilizers malfunctioned. AAA wouldn’t help and the tow companies would’ve taken hours and charged $$$. Here comes Alex to save the day! He showed up with his tools and was able to remove the faulty stabilizer and get us on our way! Huge thanks and really just indicative of a great guy… but even if you don’t have any trouble, the property is gorgeous! Waking up to Shasta - beat that!!

Absolutely gorgeous spot. Saw the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen and then got to see the Milky Way at night. Very quiet except a few howling coyotes far away at night. Alex was a kind and helpful host!

Great little spot with an awesome view of Mount Shasta. Alex met me when I arrived and was kind and friendly. The picnic table was very handy and there was just the right amount of clear space for my tent. Thank you!

Peaceful spot! Amazing view of Mt Shasta. Alex was there to meet us even though we arrived late. He was friendly and welcoming. We only had one night to spend but enjoyed our stay. If you are bringing an RV you should fill up your water reservoir ahead of time or bring water containers. Potable water nearby.
