If you're looking for a beautiful, natural off grid experience in Delaware, look no further. From the pond and beautiful wooded scenery to the walking trails and outstanding bird watching, this place doesn't disappoint. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Woke up daily with a view of the pond and the woods that made us not want to leave. This camp is a must for anyone seeking a beautiful off grid experience. We are already planning our next get away here.

What a beautiful place to camp. We stayed right by a pond surrounded by trees. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic work week. We have already talked about returning.

The best in Delaware hands down. I camp alot and like having my dogs off leash. Serene , peaceful, good fishing, rustic and Carol & Dan are excellent hosts. Will be booking alot.

This is a beautiful stretch of land! Water features, bridges, hikes thru the woods. And a perfect view of both sunrise and sunset. I felt so relaxed here. I will definitely camp here again. Thank you for a great experience.

What a gem! We have stayed at many Hipcamp sites but this one is our favorite! Dan & Carol are kind & so hospitable. We stayed at Willow Oak 3 & had a gorgeous view of a pond & forest surrounding us. Quiet & relaxing . So private & serene. We will be back - many times!

Super compatible for my Tacoma with a RTT. A beautifully set up group of sites with good space between them. Owners are friendly and helpful. They have some great plans to improve and already great camping area and Tecumseh (My dog) and I are looking forward to seeing what they do with it.

We had a great overnight here. Carol was responsive and helpful in getting us to the right site. It was a spacious, quiet, lovely setting. There's a very nice firepit area and she told us to use any wood laying around on the ground, which was plentiful. The site is surrounded by nice forest area with deer hanging out. We had a lovely evening with our two pups. I would definitely atop here again.

I was completely blown away at this property and definitely recommend it to anyone looking! Super nice and responsive hosts, a very beautiful area with a serene atmosphere, private and dog friendly, and good cell service (even though you feel like you’re deep in the woods) which makes you feel extra safe if you’re alone (which I was) - what more could you need?
I booked this site last minute (2 hours before I wanted to be there) because I really wanted a relaxing, private area for my dogs and I to walk around and hang out for the day and night, and the hosts responded right away. I know we wouldn’t have been so lucky during the summer, but we had the entire area to ourselves! It felt like our own little private paradise with the campsite, water, and beautiful bridge.
I originally booked site 1 because it said it was a gravel drive and I thought it would be the only one my Prius could navigate (site 1 wasn’t connected to the other sites, which were a short distance away down a trail into the woods). The host was so incredibly kind and accommodating and offered to show me the other sites and let me choose. I was a little nervous with my small car, but it made it just fine!
My site had a cute little swing with a nice flat area for a tent, 2 chairs and a table, and a fire pit (which there is plenty of wood around you can gather to use). It was just the perfect spot and I will definitely be back sometime in the future!

What a great spot! We stayed an additional night once we saw the pond and the site overlooking it. We had a great day fishing! Highly recommend this host. Carol and her husband have one of the best HipCamp spots we’ve stayed at.

We stayed at Site 4 and it was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the pond to hear frogs and fish. Scenic and nice shade by the nature trees. The site was rather flat so that helped with our RTT. Plenty of firewood available. The hosts we accommodating and even checked on us the next day. Would definitely plan to stay again on this sprawling property another time in the future.

This hidden gem is perfect. The Hosts were very helpful and provided everything you needed but also left you alone for the privacy. We had two families on site and it was large enough for three vehicles and camp equipment. The bugs weren’t bad at all and the pond down the trail was great for relaxation and a little Fishing, didn’t get any bites though but the kids had a great time. Will definitely book again!

We had a fantastic weekend at Willows Oak 3. The views were perfect, the site was clean and easily assessable. The pond was great and the fish were biting. The kids had a wonderful time running around can't wait to come back.

It was my 1st time camping EVER & my fiancé’s 1st since being out the marines & it was absolutely amazing! The host was kind & friendly, even drove us to the campsite despite our late arrival & made sure to check in on us but also allowing us some privacy. I think our dog enjoyed it just as much if not more! Thank you again! Would definitely go back!

My wife, the dog & I stayed for two nights on this property. Dan was a wonderful host making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Amazing wooded property with a lot of great features including trails, fishing ponds, and local wildlife. Campsite was very private and well taken care of. Plenty of firewood nearby to collect. Plan to visit again sometime. Five stars all around!

We loved the site and extra effort the hosts took to make us feel welcome. The camp site and trail made for a nice quiet relaxing stay. We saw wildlife at dusk and enjoyed the privacy that the site offered us. We highly recommend this host and campsite. Cheers and Thanks.

A great place to get away and just relax. This place has beautiful views and nice trails if you’re interested in goin on a mini hike. The site we stayed at had great shade so we didn’t have to be directly in the sun and a nice view of the lake.

We loved this site and will absolutely be back. Carol was nice enough to provide us with electric and access to their faucet to refill our freshwater tank. Super quiet and rural area with a short drive to the bay.

Had a really quiet and relaxing weekend camping at this site. The property is well maintained and it overlooks the pond. There's plenty of trails for hiking and wood for a fire. The host was great, met at their driveway and showed us the site that's about a quarter mile from the house. Very peaceful, we'll definitely be back.

We had a great time camping on Carol’s property. Both Carol and her husband were wonderful hosts. They’re putting in a ton of work on the property and it shows. The sites are private and separated so you’re not camping on top of each other.
Firewood is ample, but you do harvest your own. I’d bring a small chainsaw unless you want to work up a sweat with a hand saw.
You’re not far from Walmart or tractor supply if you need some odds and ends.
