Several setup options if you do not want to use the pad. Also lots of area to park.The main site is a concrete pad with full hook-ups. Located on 1/3 of an acre. Close to the bay and hiking trails.

Wayne was very accommodating. Little traffic. Full hookup was great. Great neighbor lady - actually Wayne's mom. Good access to beaches and shopping and food.

Great location very close to a small public park by the bay and minutes drive to Niceville. Wayne and Debbie are very nice and helpful. Will return if I’m back in the area. Thank you!
