Jacuzzi, Fire pit, hammock and picnic table. Coffee maker with all coffee fixings, a bottle of wine (each night) and a s'mores kit for roasting at the fire pit. This is great for date night, anniversary or special occasion for couples. Over 21 only and No pets.
Tipi was hand made by us. The wood used for the Tipi poles and outhouse was harvested from this property. The Tipi sits on a wooden platform off the ground. You will love the convenience and location. Located 1 exit off 1-59/
1-24 split. Only 15 miles from Chattanooga Tn and minutes away from local attractions - Rock City, Ruby Falls, Crystal Caverns, Lookout Mountain Incline Railway, and Cloudland State Park.
Wilderness Outdoor Drive in Movie theater is only 2 miles from the Tipi and 5 miles away from Lookout Flight Park. There is many opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. A great base for Romantics, hikers, bikers, bird watchers, winers and diners wanting to explore nature. We also have canoe/ kayak day rentals on property with Lookout creek 5 miles away or Nickajack Lake and bat cave 15 miles away that is perfect to go down in canoe or kayak.
Or you can be secluded in your own little world and explore some of our trails on the property.
Private parking at the bridge and walk across bridge to trail signs and follow trail only 100 feet away and enter our unique private space on one of our spots on our land surrounded by tall trees and the peacefulness of nature, We created this for guests to unplug and rediscover serenity. This is a perfect place for relaxing, reconnecting with nature and just unwind.

We offer a unique experience of staying in a Tipi for the ultimate in glamping. For your convenience There is air/heat in the Tipi. 3 gallons of spring water from a local spring, cooler with ice, snacks, assortments of coffees, teas, 1 bottle of wine, ( each night) bedding, pillows, blankets, tableware, lanterns/ candles, a pot, local maps ,brochures and travel tips, toiletries, towels, soap, shampoo/ conditioner, fire wood, s'mores kit, marshmallow roasters, fire starters, propane gas grill, grill utensils, 2 camping chairs all included. A perfect Birthday/ Anniversary / date night / couples celebration/ happy retreat ect Surprise on arrival for additional fee. There is a fire pit with free fire woodpicnic table, cute outhouse only 4 steps away from Tipi with a composting toilet, camping water heater for the hot shower with a 30 gallon gravity fed spring water tank for the shower and sink. Jacuzzi also steps away from tipi. Tipi is off grid but has electricity using generator and battery pack. A small creek below the tipi with a seasonal flow.

This is a great getaway for date night, anniversary or special occasion for couples. Over 21 only and No pets. We created this unique experience to unplug & Re discover serenity. The Tipi is surrounded by tall trees and the peacefulness of nature. Our goal is to have everything you may need to experience this Glamping escape. It's romantic & calming. So bring yourself and someone you want to experience this with and we will provide the rest. You will be staying in a 16ft × 16ft Tipi (hand made by us) on a wooden platform situated between tall trees. Inside the Tipi there is a Ac/ Heat portable unit. Comfortable queen bed with bedding, pillow's & blankets. Coffee pot with coffee & tea fixings. We offer a unique experience of staying in a Tipi for the ultimate in glamping. For your convenience There is 2 gallons of spring water from a local spring, cooler filled with ice, snacks, 1 bottle of wine each night, tableware, lanterns/ candles, a pot, local maps ,brochures and travel tips, s'mores kit, marshmallow roasters, fire starters, propane gas grill, grill utensils, 2 camping chairs. There is a fire pit with free fire wood and fire built & ready to go. Outhouse with camping Joolca water heater for the hot shower. Water from gravity fed 30 gallon spring filled tank for the sink & 50 gallon tank for the shower. 2 towels ,2 washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toiletries and a composting toilet. Great phone reception with 4G. J flip Speaker Bluetooth to use for your favorite music. A box of essentials including extra batteries for the battery candles, lanterns, lighter, tiki torches, tiki oil, battery candles & burning candles. 2 person Hammock & picnic table all included.

We also have canoe/ kayak rentals. You can take a 2 or 4 hour kayak/canoe trip down lookout creek. Drop off/pick up available for additional fee. Also available with additional fee including hang gliding with instuctor at Lookout flight park, Couples Meditation, relaxation session, DIY Dinner kit ready to grill. Or you can be secluded in your own little world and go nowhere.
