The shedteau was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! I wish the “camp toilet” had a more accurate description so we knew what we were in for. It’s a 5 gallon bucket with a seat in a wooden enclosure with huge air gaps and no door. If you’re used to doing your business out in the open when camping or using a pit toilet, you’ll be fine.

AMAZING!!!! The amount of words does not even describe how awesome this place was. Super close to downtown got to make new friends and memories and most definitely will be coming back here in the near future.

Absolutely loved my stay here at the Shedteau! It was so cozy and very clean, unfortunately I was only there for the night, but I would definitely come back for a longer visit in the future!

We had a great stay at the Shedteau! The space was very cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The property was beautiful, and the location was miraculously peaceful for how close it is to town. Thanks for hosting us!

The Shedteau was the perfect “glamping” experience! Easy to find, cute area, 10 minutes from downtown Bend, very communicative hosts! The dwelling itself has windows for lots of light, a comfortable full size bed, a little couch, table, outlets, good lighting, and both heat/air! We were provided clean towels, as well as some water bottles, tea, coffee, electric kettle, and a few plates/cups if need be. Super cozy and quiet. There is a very clean camp toilet outside as well as an outdoor sink and outdoor shower with HOT water, what a great luxury while Glamping. We brought our dog with us, she loved the big grassy yard, chickens, and the deer that visited us early in the AM. Overall great stay, very safe and tranquil, would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay, Sarah and Nick were very nice and the property is beautiful; breathtaking sunsets and we saw several deer on our walk. The kids loved the chickens and swaying on the hammock. We will definitely be back when we have more time to enjoy, after baseball season. :)

The Shedteau is very cute and cozy in the best way. It was larger than it looks in the photos and very welcoming. The couch, bed, and table are comfortable and stayed a pleasant temperature during the cold nights. Hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. It was a quiet location, and having an evening at the pond watching the cows and birds was excellent.

I loved this stay! The wood shedteau was adorable and cozy. We arrived well after dark, and left before the sun was up to hike South Sister, but we saw a beautiful garden and some well-positioned hammocks on the property we wished we could have also taken advantage of. Though we slept in the shed, the grassy field in front of it would make for some super comfortable tent camping as well. 10/10 - Would stay again next time we're in Bend, OR!

We loved camping on Nick's land. It was such a beautiful and quiet place to stay for a few nights. Close enough to Bend, but far enough to enjoy some quiet time with friends.
The shed and shower are perfect comfort items for a glamping trip. Would recommend to any group or family.

Great little spot on the outskirts of Bend. We booked last-minute emergency style (we arrived 20 minutes later) and the hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Me and my partner were driving through Bend Oregon where my wife went into labor. I quickly found this lovely cottage on hipcamp. I booked our stay with no issues, as soon as we pulled into the driveway we were greeted by two generous hosts who helped my wife give a live birth in the back of our Honda. We decided to name our first born child after their dog Worm. The surprises didn’t end there. Later that evening I was in tears from my crippling bankruptcy from my vape store that I opened. Out of nowhere they came over paid off our debt with one swipe of their card. We couldn’t believe it. Truly life changing experience, we’d recommend them to any one looking for a place to stay in Bend.

Quiet, clean, great communication from host. We did this spot as an instant book last minute at like 6:30 in the evening, and it was no problem. We have a 23 ft long RV. Would definitely stay here again!

The small structure was a great place to hang out and the grassy field made for a nice soft pad for tents. We really appreciated that there was electricity amd water available. Most importantly, the location is perfect for stays where you plan on spending time within Bend.

We loved our 2 night stay at the Shedteau. The accommodations were rustic in a charming sort of way and the hosts provided cots as well as access to water, a bucket toilet, and a big yard for our puppy to run around and play fetch in. Their dog friendly recommendations around town were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable base camp for exploring Bend while being able to spread out and get comfy on Nick's land! We set up our tent in the field next to the shedteau for a few nights and were very comfortable. And we also had a work-from-home setup that was nice for a couple days, since shedteau building has two tables and solid wifi. The owners are extremely kind and open. Just make sure you are aware of the spartan bathroom accommodations (no running water or flush toilet unless you go to a nearby public park) -- this was totally fine for us but maybe not for some people.

Wonderful little spot to stay for the night! Sara was so friendly and our dog made fast friends with their beautiful dog as well. Such a nice vibe with chickens and a cute little cow in the field next door.

This place is definitely a place you want to stay when in Bend and in a cooler days. When we arrived in Bend the weather was very hot so we decided to stay at a hotel instead. We did drive by the location debating if we should bite the bullet and stay since it was such a nice place to camp! Away from road noise and in a very peaceful surroundings and very close to downtown. We’ll comeback again to enjoy this place once the weather cools off!

Nick and Sarah’s spot was a perfect spot for us to relax before our 14 hr drive home (yikes)! Our kids loved Pine Nursery Park nearby and they were so kind to let us play with the backyard toys and check out the chickens! Great location, easy to find, highly recommend!
