Amazing spot! I arrived at night and the directions were very clear and easy to follow in the dark. Joshua was really kind and communicative and while my stay was brief, it was the perfect pit stop along the way of my trip. The stream bubbling at night was so soothing, the Aspen is the place to be.

Such a lovely stay at Greene Kitchen Farm! The property is gorgeous - a really beautiful time of year to visit. The hosts were incredibly kind: the site my partner and I were staying at was on the other side of a creek. There had been rain all week, so the creek was much higher than usual. They helped us get our gear across the creek - really fantastic hospitality.

We loved camping here! The farm is beautiful and we had the chance to check out some animals like the cows, chickens, and my daughter’s favorite all the barn cats. We literally spent almost an hour with them, lol. We stayed in The Aspen and it felt like we were in our own little secluded oasis. Thank you for being such a great host. Next time we stay we hope to add on some eggs, it rained in the morning so we weren’t able to cook.

A great spot tucked in among farms on the outskirts of Bloomsburg. All of the profile info was accurate with a very welcoming campsite as you drive up the gravel driveway and around the Greene family barn.
Stepping over a small spring on a wooden walkway helps set the tone of the little nook of the Aspens plot. I'd highly recommend it for a getaway and if I were to do it again, I'd like to order some of their offerings like veggies and farm-fresh eggs.

Walnut Grove
Walnut Grove was great. My son said that it was the most secluded campsite we have ever gone to. Make sure you order some of the chicken and eggs fresh from their farm. Very tasty. Only complaint was that we couldn’t find a spot that was completely flat, but we still slept well with the natural white noise of crickets and birds.

The Aspen site is a small but provides enough space to spread out and enjoy the secluded nature.
Set in the middle of a farm, the mewing of cattle can be heard however it is not intrusive. Merely background to the other sights and sounds that nature provides.
This is precisely what I was looking. This primitive site has a fire ring and water nearby for drinking or cleanup.
I highly recommend this for anyone looking for the basics.

Your hospitality and the pristine condition of the campsite made my experience all the more enjoyable. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories.

We stayed at Cherry Shelf. I would rate it 4/5. Lovely property. Tons of birds. Very quiet. 10 min from Walmart and 20 min from Knoebles. The eggs were delicious.
Things to make note of before booking: you should have an all wheel drive car to get across the little stream and drive down the long grass road. We slid around in our Outback so I can imagine a front wheel drive car would really struggle. The platform will not fit a family tent or a standard size canopy. The rest of the site is not super level. If you have an all wheel drive car and a small tent, you’re good to go.

A lovely farm setting with very gracious hosts who offer veggies (seasonal), firewood, chicken and eggs. The downside is that it is a farm and there can be a very strong odor of livestock combined with the constant sound of the river at Walnut Grove site (the other sites may not have the river sound). The other challenge was finding a level spot that was not flooded (in fairness we had an exceptional downpour all morning). If there is no rain predicted you'll be fine but if there is a chance of rain the water dumps right into that level spot.

Beautiful farm! Beautiful view! Great location - not far from Knoebels and rickets glen. Perfect for camping with our two young kids and a dog. We kept our days busy and didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, but will definitely next time.
A few local spots we recommend:
- Mays Drive in (right down the road)
- Bloomin bagels (a few miles away)
- timber creek family restaurant ( breakfast spot not far from Knoebels)
- old filling station ( breakfast spot not far from rickets glen)

Great piece of farmland with friendly host. The Aspens was a peaceful site for me to relax solo and have a fire. The optional firewood was very dry and burnt well. Falling asleep to the sound of the stream and waking up to the bird activity was perfect.

Summer Salad Bar
Enjoy the wonderful stay at this peaceful farm. Arrived after a severe thunderstorm, but the site was nice and dry and easy to get into. Plenty of room to set up and a beautiful view of sunrise in the morning. Enjoy chatting with the owner and learning about life on the farm. Perfect spot for the Bloomsburg, Danville area and Knoebels amusement park.

We had a really lovely and relaxing stay at site #2. The platform is such a nice spot to wake up on in the morning and enjoy the sunshine. I highly recommend buying firewood and getting the luggable loo from them. We would absolutely love to come back here again sometime.

This is my 3rd time staying at summer salad bar and I love it more every time! The most perfect location with views of the farm, mountains in the distance, a little stream, and cows. So peaceful and the perfect weekend getaway. The friendliest hosts too!! Very accommodating and helpful. :)

Awesome setting on a farm. Appealing views of open cattle pastures, and beautiful rolling hills. Nothing like hearing the cattle wake you up in the morning, and putting a smile on your face. I would highly recommend this site.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm! We bought firewood and a dozen farm fresh eggs, and rented a portable loo with our reservation - highly recommend. The farm has tons of access to fresh water spigots that we used for drinking. We camped next to the creek and woke up to the cows mooing and the birds chirping! Our campsite had a firepit as well as plenty of space for our car, tent, and table. Truly the most beautiful escape from the city that we could've asked for. We will definitely be back!
