This place is beautiful! Levi is a great host. Spacious sites, water and electric, dump station, laundry, creek access, swimming, fishing, hangout spot, pond with toys, farm animals, in the valley surrounded by beautiful hills. You can head into Winchester for some cool stuff to do or go to the national park!

What an awesome 2025 Memorial Day weekend stay at Cedar Bluffs! Levi was easy to work with and we appreciated his warm hospitality. Our tent sites (#6/#7) were private, shaded by trees and right along the creek. It was lovely to sleep/wake up to the sounds of the running water. Everything was easily accessible by walking…fishing pond, porta-potty, walking trails and steer/mini horses were fun to watch. We caught bass, trout and crappie in the pond. If you’d like to unplug, (cell service is not very good) this is a beautiful location! We hope to return for another amazing time. Thanks again Levi!

We absolutely loved our tent camping experience at Levi’s place! Nestled right on the banks of Cedar Creek, the site was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience — quiet and private, yet still just a short drive from shops, restaurants, and anything we needed.
Just a week before we arrived, the area had been hit by a massive 100-year flood that damaged trails, bridges, and campsites. Yet when we showed up, you’d never have known. Levi and his team had worked tirelessly to restore everything, and the site looked flawless — the creekside trails, the bridges, the grounds, were all ready for guests.
It’s a real testament to Levi’s dedication, work ethic, and passion for creating a memorable experience. He went above and beyond to make sure no one was inconvenienced, and it showed in every detail. Levi even took the time to show us his trout farm and patiently explained how the farm is run.
In the end, we left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to our next creekside tent camping adventure at Levi’s!

This place was wonderful! Levi was an exceptional host, and we had a fantastic time. The location is absolutely stunning, and we and our kids loved it and can't wait to go back. If you are tent camping, I'd choose sites 6, 7 or 8. Bathrooms were clean, and water and electric at the site was super convenient. Overall, it was a great trip, and we will definitely be back!

Levi was great. Met us as we were setting up and gave us a lot of options since it was raining. Good hiking around and breweries and wineries around that were dog friendly. Off leash for the pups was awesome! Definitely coming back!

Highest praise I can give, this was a repeat stay. 🐾💕. Beautiful rural surroundings, perfectly maintained, quiet, Ken is a super attentive host, answers questions almost before you ask! Just perfect. My pups loved running in the big field!

We loved camping at The Bluffs at Cedar Creek. Levi’s land is stunning and Levi was awesome! Very friendly, personable, helpful, and was kind enough to show us to a slightly more secluded spot so our dogs could run freely in and out of the creek. The land is well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed walking the property with our dogs and exploring the creek. It was a huge plus having extra water supply and large trash can on the way out of the location. We were so happy to find that Levi had some bundles of firewood for sale at the entrance as well. I would recommend Levi’s place to anyone! We’ve already planned on returning here!

Levi’s land was beautiful and an unexpected gem in our travels. We were met at our site and he kindly led us to one a bit farther away to a more private site. The rushing creek was beautiful and my husband and Levi saw an eagle pull a trout right out of the water, in flight. It’s a popular place to fish, play in the pond and enjoy nature. Also very clean and landscaped with flowers. A great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at The Bluffs at Cedar Creek! Levi was awesome—so accommodating and thoughtful. He even brought fish food over so my kids could feed the trout in the creek, which was such a special experience for them. The property exceeded our expectations with its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and unique outdoor getaway. Wife and I had a terrific 3 night stay at “The Bluffs” tent camping. The area is immaculate and the host Levi, was helpful and caring. The fishing was fun at the pond and we enjoyed giving the local cattle treats daily. Mostly RV’s camping on our weekend but plenty of space between sites for some privacy. We look forward to our return.

This is one of the nicest Hipcamp places I have stayed yet. It is set in a valley with beautiful Mountain Views. The Rv sites are right on the river. The kids loved fishing in the pond and caught about every species.
They made best friends with the owners dogs and loved petting the cows and playing on the swings. Plenty of room for them to run and play.
I would highly recommend!

Our stay started with a rainbow! How can you beat that?!
Levi and Michelle and their daughters are absolutely awesome hosts! Both checked in on us when we arrived. Their dogs are super friendly and played well with our great dane.
Our son loved the cows. He got up every morning to give them treats. Levi invited us to cow breakfast and he absolutely had a ball watching them chow down!
Streamside camping is beautiful and the sound of running water is just perfect. We also did the trout fishing as a separate reservation and I highly recommend! They’re huge!

Wow! What a beautiful location, right along a fantastic creek. Water and electric hookups at each site, pump out station for a rv on site but also several porta potties if you are tent camping or like us, hadn’t de-winterized our trailer this year. Lots of shade and the creek is easy to get into, shallow enough for the kids and dog to enjoy. Dogs are welcome off leash which was great. The kids could feed the cattle and cows, very quiet and absolutely beautiful place but still convenient to I81/I66.
Levi was a fantastic host, he is doing it right! Each morning around 10 or so he would swing bye to see how we are doing. We will definitely be back again soon!! I can’t recommend this place enough.

WOW! Bluffs at Cedar Creek were way better than expected, with fun additions I hadn’t seen in the photos, like the swimming pond with a floating trampoline!?! Our site was more than perfect, #1 , the immediate left after the bridge. Tons of space on our site AND between the other sites. Super private if you want it to be. The 4 large cabins looked awesome and would be happy to stay at ANY of the sites. But we LOVED ours! Excellently taken care of property by Levi, Shelly and their team. Super beautiful prize cows and corn fields to roam around a great walking path.
The wildness: the entire property got flooded with Tropical Cyclone Debbie. Cedar Creek that was trickling right past our sweet site was full and under 6 feet of water expanding across EVERYTHING. Like a car and cabin washed away 😲The damage that they unfortunately are going to have to take care of will be lots but I know it’ll be right back to the amazing place in no time. We ran from the flooding in Charleston and brought it to Virginia. Sorry! The way they handled that terrible situation offering us and everyone else staying there plenty of options. And then again and again to offer their help throughout the whole night. Thank god Levi woke us up because our vintage Airstream we spent so much time working on and our truck would’ve been floating. Or underwater. Destroyed.

Amazing Camping Experience

We’re new to camping life and pulling a trailer and took a chance and headed into the mountains. Deciding on Levi’s campground for our 3 days and was the best choice and experience possible. His site is easily accessible, but recommended arriving in the daytime for easier setup, because it’s extremely dark (and amazing) at night. Firefly's can be easily seen up close. We had a campfire going as the sun went down to keep the flys away. The site had water, 50 amp, 30 amp and two 110-volt plugs. The water is freezing cold! We brought our camping water heater and it was gold. The campground was so peaceful, serene and extremely clean. Levi even helped and taught us on the correct and safe ways to hitch our trailer. It fell off as we were leaving.. I did mention we’re new, lol. Levi was amazing and made sure we were safe and ready for the road. I’m already planning the next visit. Booking through Hipcamp was super easy but you can’t select the site you want. You’d have to go through his website to select it. I’d recommend Bluffs to anyone. Thanks Levi!
