(This is a leave no trace site. You must take all of your garbage with you!) Just 1.5 hours from Seattle, Portland, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, & Olympic National Park, just 3 minutes from Rainbow Falls State Park and 4 minutes from Willapa Biking Trail! We are located on top of Bunker Hill nestled between the Dunn creek and Chehalis river. Our property is 56 acres of mixed biomes including multi-generational forests, open meadows, and creek side trails. We are located right off Chandler Road, off of Highway 6. You turn onto Labri road (white sign) and you're on the property after going through a gate. Meander down the road past a red barn and several buildings on your right. Through the second gate, the dispersed camping site offers various sites for camping attached to a main trail that parallels the Dunn creek down to the Chehalis river. They are conveniently accessible off the logging roads which cross with Labri road after you've passed through the second gate. If you take the logging road to the left (look for a blue and white ribbon) you will come up to a tree line where you can park (another blue and white ribbon) and either take the trail to the left or right where you will find ample places to camp. You may camp along the trail or closer to the creek. The most ideal spot is right after you park near the blue and white ribbon if you walk North you'll see a site marked with an orange and white ribbon. This site has easy access to the creek but is still on a hill. There are four RV spots with full onsite hook-up. Two of the RV sites are paved and lit with ground lights and are prioritized for heavier rigs. The other two sites are on grass. We have two RV sites with no hook up (boondocking) but bathroom and shower access. We do not allow dumping of grey water or sewage at our property but there is a dump station just 1 minute away at Rainbow Falls State Park. The site is located on a hill so you get very nice view of sunsets and sunrises. For those who enjoy bird watching the nearby fruit trees bring in many birds. We are an ideal location for those who love the outdoors or just want to have private family events. 6 mi from Jones Creek Brewing, 7 mi from Evey's Cafe & Pe Ell, 20 mi from I-5, 69 mi Westport Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am.

Our main dispersed camping site is near a wild game trail. However, if you have small dogs or are concerned about mountain lions / bears, you are welcome to camp outside of the woods behind our game fence which is 8 feet high. Seasoned firewood is available for sale at 5 dollars per 4 pieces. Wood within the clear cut area is free. Do not take seasoned firewood without contacting us. This is an underdeveloped campsite but with very beautiful views. 5minutes from Rainbow Falls State park we are an ideal location to avoid the crowd. We are just a 4minute bike ride from Willapa Bike Trail which extends for about 50miles. You will have secluded and private access to a regenerative forest that is mostly untouched. Your creek side spot can comfortably host up to 8 people in one location with various other locations to choose up the game trail. You have two places to park at both the top and bottom of the game trail which parallels Dunn Creek. Be mindful there are wild animals in this area like deer, elk, coyote, bears and bobcats. There are steep drop offs on the trail where appropriate lighting is necessary at night. There are many potential sites off and on the trail. The walk to the bathroom / potable water from our favorite site however near the creek is about a quarter mile. To reach your site you will be driving down Labri road through at least two large gates to get the creekside spot. Having passed by a red barn with a silo you on your left you will see the second gate which you will drive through to reach your destination. Parking site is a logging road that intersects with Labri road. Taking a left onto this road brings you to your parking site. Taking a right brings you to a clear cut area with uncleared land not for camping but open for walking through. The speed limit on Labri road is 5mph. The parking site is located just ahead where the logging road comes to a T with a wide game trail. This trail parallels Dunn Creek where you'll find various places to set up tents both to the right and to the left of the T just stay on our side of the creek. The best spot is to your left and you'll a trail branching off to the right where there are sites for 3 small tents on the path. You are also welcome to camp anywhere on the game trail. If you take the trail further right you will follow the Dunn Creek to where it meets the Chehalis river and our property stops once the trail meanders back towards Labri road. If you get to a garage and long driveway you're at our neighbors property and you've gone too far. The opposite direction on that main game trail takes you back towards the red barn you saw earlier which will be through one of two similar gates from two different paths branching off on the left left from the game trail. If you want to camp further north you can park immediately to your left having entered onto the property. Please reach out if you have any questions or need some clarification on anything.

This site's price includes all of our sites being: one dispersed camping site, two boondocking sites w/ bathroom/shower/laundry and four full hookup sites. All sites are located within 20 acres of each other. The entire property being 56 acres of mixed biomes with a multigenerational forest protecting the Dunn creek you will have access to a half mile of game trail in a lush regenerative environment. The trail is great for taking your dogs out and letting them experience a dynamic forest with all the smells. We are located on the hill near a valley so you have very dynamic weather that comes through making for excellent sunsets and sunrises. For larger groups with RV's who want a space to themselves. You will have four RV sites in a row, two grass and two paved sites all with full-hook up. Also two extra boondocking sites are just across the private road from the full-hook up sites. The dispersed camping area which includes a half mile game trail along the Dunn Creek all the way to the Chehalis River but we have a premiere site that can host 8 people set up near the creek with a campfire pit. From here you are a little less than a quarter mile walk from the barn where the bathroom, shower and laundry are. Being just a 4 minute bike ride from Willapa Bike Trail, going on a scenic adventure is just a moment away. We are a 1.9 mile or 3 minute car ride to Rainbow Falls State park where you can take a day trip with your party while avoiding the crowds in the evening! We are also just a 6minute drive from the town of Pe Ell which has grocery and diner options with the Country Market and Evey's Cafe, along with artisan brews at Jones Creek Brewery during the weekend! We really enjoyed our camping trip. David was so helpful with everything we needed. He was very responsive with all our inquiries including how to find out site and always returned our phone calls. They even sent us an email thanking us for choosing their campground. Dan was so awesome. He was very nice to check in with us and make sure everything was satisfactory at the site. He was a pleasure to talk with and was a really nice guy. He helped bundle up firewood for us, always asked if we were having a good time and if there was anything we needed. Out camping spot was very secluded and quiet. I really enjoyed the privacy and the scenery. The river was just down the hill and was fun to go down and sit at. Our family had a really great time and made some great memories.

Where do I even begin? This place has everything! Trees, gardens, wildlife, a creek, beautiful star filled skies, chickens, farm cats, rv spots, tent spots, air BnB, and Dan. I’m pretty sure Dan and my wife became best friends. He showed us all around the property, showing us all of the beautiful foods and flowers they grow, the history of the property, and took us on walks by the creek for agate hunting and cedar branches to make walking sticks. Waking in the morning to the sound of the trees rustling and the birds chirping was the cherry on top. For those tent camping or not equipped with a bathroom, they’ve thought of everything! There’s a camper bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and laundry! I could go on and on. David was very thoughtful and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. If you love nature, great conversation, with thoughtful amenities, this is your place. We will definitely return!

Great place to explore the nearby biking trail and rainbow falls state park. Rv hook ups worked and there was a really nice bathroom with shower. Also has creek/river access! Host was nice and came by to make sure we had the lay of the land. Highly recommend

We stayed in spot #4 in the grass at RV+ Rainbow Falls / Willapa Trails, and it was a fantastic trip! The grassy site gave us an incredible view of the night sky—stars were out in full force, and we spent hours just soaking it in. The RV spots were extremely wide, which made setting up super easy and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved hiking the trails on the property—they were a blast for us and our dogs, who couldn’t get enough of them. Along the way, we spotted deer, a small snake, and even a beautiful trillium bloom in the forest, which felt like a little gift from nature. Dunn Creek runs through the property, and we could hear it from our campsite, adding such a peaceful vibe. The whole farm was clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. Dan, the host, was awesome. He stopped by twice to check on us, always with a smile, and he’s seriously knowledgeable about the forest—answered all our questions like a pro. He made us feel right at home and was a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. It was a great spot for our dogs too—they thrived out there on the trails. All in all, a top-notch place to park the RV and unwind. We’d definitely come back—thanks, Dan, for being such a great host!

Amazing! What a lovely place to land after a day of traveling. If you enjoy a setting that is purely peaceful and alive, book now. The full hook-up sites are so well thought out and pristine. Great location, easy access and a great sites. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The grounds were clean and they had stacked firewood for us (additional cost) ready for use. Plenty of room for our 38ft RV and full hookups, which if you Hipcamp often are a rare find! There are many well thought out trails with access to both a creek and river, which aren’t far from the sites. The host allowed us access to his garden and berry bushes and were making fresh apple cider and invited us to bring our cups. There is very little cell service; however, they did just add Wifi so that’s huge bonus. Very thoughtful and amazing hosts, we will be returning!

We really enjoyed coming for a relaxing family getaway for the second time! We loved the relaxing mornings waking up grabbing our coffee and taking a nice stroll on the trail with our dog. The kids had a blast at the river! We also were able to go on a nice long bike ride on the trail and the views were awesome and it was quiet as well. Thanks again for providing a nice camping spot with full amenities!

This is the place if you want to do dispersed camping but aren't 100% you have time to find a spot. Easily accessible yet not a soul around as soon as you get to your campsite. The kids had a great time building fairy circles and frolicking in the creek. What a great place, we'll be back.

David & Dan were really nice hosts that made sure to connect with us and welcome us to their property. They were very quick to respond to any questions and the directions to get there were very clear. For campers who need bathrooms and a shower, the amenities were great. Note: the campsites are in full sun and while you get killer sunsets and a gorgeous view, your going to DEFINITELY want to being a canopy for some shade. You can always take a short hike to the creek/river where it's shady and that a refreshing dip in the REALLY cold water!

This site had all of the elements I was looking for in planning an extended family camping trip. We had full hookups for those with RVs, there was a large grassy area for those who had tents, there were trails for us to walk around and the children to explore, there was a shallow creek for all of us to play in, and a fire pit for s'mores. The site host was great. He was quick to respond to my messages. He greeted us when we arrived, explaining the property and nearby attractions. Our family had a fantastic time camping at this location!

It was a beautiful area, very peaceful. Owners were nice and told us about the area and various trails. The place was clean, easy to get to and perfect for a quick get away. Bath House was clean and surprising had large shower and laundry (we didn't use but it is a nice added touch) Would recommend!.

It is a great site with lot of privacy. We were a group of 6 families and everyone had a really good time. We stayed for 2 nights. The chehalis river was also an awesome experience. The hosts were really good and took care of every detail.

We had a great time camping on one of their dispersed camping sites. I was impressed with how the grounds, trails, and property was maintained. This helped really added to our multi night trip. Our site was a large, comfortable, and under old growth forest. We were near the creek and enjoyed walking it to the nearby river. Interactions with the host were helpful, supportive, and informative. We had a great time and would like to visit again

This was a fanatic place to camp! Full hook-ups were great, along with the beautiful location. We were able to walk the creek with the children one evening and then spend the day at the river the following day. There is one community toilet and shower as well as laundry nearby for campers to use. The host and his son each came by at one point to say “hi” and were very friendly and welcoming.
