The camping spot is just at the end of the driveway hence not very private. And there is no picnic table. The toilet, which is basically just a toilet seat above a shallow hole, would improve a lot with a roof. When we were there it was raining which didn’t make it very pleasant while using. We stayed for just one night so it was ok.

Pretty basic. Parked on the lawn next to the driveway. The water was run through a standard garden hose and the electricity was an extension cord. I was in a R/V. The house looks out over the "site" and there's absolutely no privacy. i was only there one night in an r/v so I just closed my binds and it worked. I also have my own water. It was a place to spend one night while travelling so, Yeah, I'd stay there again.

Great spot off of a quiet road. The fields and mountains at sunset were lovely. (Also FYI the pit toilet is just that, a hole in the ground.)

Stay here if you’re desperate or totally self-contained. Amenities include a water hose, an extension cord, and an old toilet seat over a very shallow pit in the ground surrounded by old recycling bins. The site worked for our group of 4 on a bicycle trip because we were all good sports and other campgrounds were totally booked.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Responsive host whom we met on arrival. We enjoyed the view across the field as we were able to pull our trailer facing that way as Sid suggested. Didn’t use much electricity but was a nice amenity to have. Same with water hose. Great location, not too far from town. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Thanks for having us for four nights.

For us the site was just great, with a wonderful view from our RV kitchen table of the Olympic NP, the Blue Mountain and Elk Peaks, we have visited.

Sid’s spot is a no frills, secure, peaceful spot to camp. It was perfect for my needs. Close to everything, lavender farms, Dungeness Spit, great restaurants, spectacular view of the mountains. Thanks for sharing your space, Sid.

Sid's place was perfect for us. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. We have a pickup camper and travel with our dogs. Water and electricity hookups. The field opens to an amazing mountain view and awesome place for the dogs to run around. Quiet, private, close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely come back.

This was a great little spot to stop for the night! The camping spot is right on the edge of Sid’s field, with a lovely view of the mountains. You don’t want to miss the sunset. The property was easy to find & is on a nice gravel road I took a little sunset stroll down.
Sid supplied water via a hose & electricity. He met me once I arrived & was happy to answer my questions.
The town of Seqium is quaint & has enough to keep you busy for a couple days with options for coffee, a Safeway, a small downtown, walking trails, etc. I recommend making your way over to the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge for a lovely walk..make sure to bring $3 cash to see the full trail.

We loved RV camping on Syd’s land. He met us on check in and left us to our privacy. He was super responsive to my email messages. We enjoyed the spectacular mountain views and open sky and were even ‘serenaded’ by the cows on an adjacent field on the first night!

Campsite was simple but quiet and relaxing. Beautiful garden, horses and amazing sunsets. Sid was super friendly and accommodating. Power and water hookups were great, especially for the price. Definitely will be going back when out in Sequim.

Lovely meadow and mountain view; generally quiet. Property owner is helpful and friendly. Great spot for camping with dog. Access to water and power convenient; pit toilet, though quite rustic, functional. Great central location to both Sequim and Port Angeles; beaches very close.

This is not as advertised if you are tent camping as there are no legal restroom facilities. If you are self contained in an RV there is a water and electricity supply. This space is basically in the Sid’s backyard

Sid was very understanding when we had to miss our first night by waiting on a brake part in Tacoma. He even offered us to tack it on the end of our stay, although we could not. The overlook of the mountains is really pretty and it is a great location to see the northern part of the Olympic Peninsula. Notice to those with taller rigs—immediately veer to the right into the field to avoid the tree limbs. It is solid, if a little bumpy, but go slow and you’ll be fine. Sid was responsive, but we were left with our privacy once we were there.

The greeting from our “host” was two messages: “what’s your ETA” and “park by the fence, ok to drive thru the field.” No one was home when we arrived. The parking spot by the fence was right next to some other cars. We figured it would be nicer to sleep a few yards away in the field. Host showed up and told us we couldn’t park there.
This was the beginning of a bike tour with my 10-year-old. The vibe was so weird and unwelcoming that we ended up leaving and car-camped for free on national forest land. One suggestion: if you’re going to charge 40 bucks for an overnight parking spot, a little friendly communication might go a long way.

The mountain view across the field was beautiful. Nice country roads to walk dog. Didn't meet host other than to work through having water turned on and electrical breaker switched back on.
Campers beware, the road entrance has tree limbs at the 8' level. If your rig is higher (ours is 12.5ft) tell Sid in advance. Be prepared to drive onto hay field to then back into spot.

We love staying at Sid’s place so much that this was our second stay! It’s a great location for hanging in Sequim, Port Angeles, and the mountain section of Olympic National Park. Great host. Great spot. Two thumbs up!
