Camp along the water or with your horse at Los Tanos Campground before heading out on the trails for some incredible bird watching and views. You’ll feel like a real southwestern adventurer as the sun sets over the plains—or a modern one when you take to the lake for some paddle boarding, sailing, and water skiing. Fishing is super swell here, too, and with day use and overnight camping areas for groups, you might as well invite the whole crew for this adventure! Discover the heart of the southwest at Santa Rosa Lake and leave with grin.
