Perfect location for "getting away from it all", but yet close to all amenities if needed. Robert is a class act, communication is wonderful and he will go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of. Looking forward to going back in the near future. If you love the outdoors and being in touch with nature, this is the place for you.

This spot was pretty nice to camp at!! There’s a little walk down a path in the woods to get to the lake but worth it! Host was also very kind and was great with communication!

3 nights at Cabin Creek Farm

Gary's land is beautiful and he is incredibly welcoming. Everyone ate together under the lit community pavillion and fireflies were all around. Kayaking basically steps away was a DREAM (go at 7pm during the summer, trust me.) Cranberry Island itself is also adorable and stunning. The ferry trips were a highlight! We were super glad we booked. The only warning is there is no water available at the site, only at the general store by the dock when you arrive. Check the store hours and come prepared!

2 nights at Maine Lakeside Hideaway - Otyokwa

Perfect if you don't mind falling asleep to loon call or waking up to bald eagles chirping. This was our second time staying in the cabins and certainly will not be our last! We can't wait to come back and bring other friends and family members. Rheanna is a wonderful and attentive host. The cabins themselves are exceptionally clean, the shared kitchen cabin is fully stocked, the beds are more comfortable than my bed at home, and the showers are warm. I highly recommend adding the wood-fire sauna to your trip. Hard to beat a sauna and a dip in the lake to start the day.

What a cool little, tucked away oasis! The host was so nice, greeted us in the morning and played with our dog a bit. The amenities were clear, well maintained and organized. 10/10 will be staying here again!

Weekend Trip to Flatrock on the River

We loved our stay so much! The gravel road was smother than most black top roads! We pulled into our site and was so surprised to see such a clean, well put together site! We backed our truck camper in with ease and had a nice level pad. It was such a great perk of firewood, tiki torches! Solar lights were such a nice surprise and lit the path to the cleanest porta-potty I’ve ever seen!! We had the pleasure of meeting our host the next morning and he welcomed us and invited us to stay for the day with our dogs and check out flat rock! What an amazing area. Worth every single penny! You must stay here if you’re in the area!

3 nights at Cabin of the Woods at Tilden Pond

I had a great time at Robert's cabin. I was very pleased with the necessities that were provided: camp chairs, a grille to set cookware on over the fire, and a tick removal kit were among the highlights. I had fun exploring the property and paddling Tilden Pond. I did get my 2WD car stuck in the mud on the way out, though, so coming in a 4WD vehicle would be best!

Sooo awesome! Super cute vintage vibe camp. Everything you need. Just bring your own food/toiletries and that’s it. Everything else is provided. It felt like an adult summer camp but with a sauna. The kids loved the rec room and the camp kitchen was a perfect hangout spot when we had a bit of rain. We are already looking forward to booking again. Next time we have our eye on one of the house boats but Book early!

We loved our stay at Four Acres. There were some really nice ammenities, including the community room, that helped us still enjoy our time despite a rainy Saturday. It’s tucked away in a beautiful location with some nice walks to nearby coves. I would definitely come back again.

The end of the driveway is a large crushed gravel parking pad which should easily accommodate any RV or trailer (make sure you back in, there's no room to turn around). There is a 20 gallon water barrel on the campsite and fire pit, outdoor table and chairs, and large trash barrel. Options- (option) - a basic small portable toilet is an available. The site is very private with a partial lakeview. The footpath from the campsite to the host's camp is about 150ft. and 75 more feet to lake access. There is a full service grocery store w/Dunkins and Amato's, Subway and Gas just seven minutes from campsite. There is a small well stocked general store,, a museum, cafe and miles of pristine trails and rocky beaches to explore. Bicycles can be brought on the passenger ferries and are a great way to get around and further explore the island. Our camp is on the site of our former organic farm called Cabin Creek Farm overlooking the ocean (a tidal estuary called the pool), where we grew flowers, herbs and veggies. You can even kayak directly to us at high tide. The sites are a combo of a mixed manicured deciduous and conifer forest and open spaces with ocean views. We now own 365 acres that was named Texas Four Corners (no one knows why) in the middle of 1,600 undeveloped acres with the closest inhabited house from our property is over a half mile away. 15 Mile Stream runs thru the property. 16 miles to Common Ground Fair in Unity. 15 miles to Waterville and 28 miles to Belfast.

A single, private RV site or campsite nestled in the quaint town of the blueberry capitol of the world, Cherryfield, Maine that is 30 minutes from Schoodic Point, and an hour away from Bar Harbor and Acadia national park. You will be able to enjoy yourself in a secluded site that is 200 ft from the road. There are woods between the site and the road that provide privacy. The site has 25 acres of land with trails and woods, along with an animal and flower farm. The animals include chickens, ducks, goats and a rooster. Along with a gravel RV/campsite, there is a large concrete pad if you'd like to pitch a tent on. There is a large charcoal grill available, as well as a fire pit. No bathroom available at this time, so you'd need to bring a portable camping toilet.
