Camping out in the country is great! Very peaceful. The last 3 miles to the campsite is on a gravel road if you are coming from the Bucksnort exit off I-40. Only 4 cars passed by while camping for 2 days. Plenty of shade available if you plan to set up a tent. This was my second visit to this campsite in the last month. Hope to return again in the Fall.

2 nights at Belle and Beau Acres

Belle & Beau campground is the perfect base camp for waterfall viewing in the area! You’re only 30 minutes from Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and Rock Island. Site 4 was beautiful, we especially enjoyed the variety of flora and fungi and the appearance of synchronous fireflies was absolutely magical. Pack efficiently to get gear in and out of the campsite, the hill down to the site is no joke- but once you are settled in you are in heaven! Enjoy!

We loved this place! Very private and picturesque. The deck was an awesome place to wait out an afternoon rain shower. We found that we didnt spend much time at all inside our camper. It was too nice to be inside. On a side note... if there was a 30A power outlet I never found it. Bring an adapter to use the 20A or 50A outlet. But that didn't dampen our stay at all.

My gf and I had a wonderful time staying at Hidden Paradise Farms! Jessica and Matt were great, and the campground is beautiful, calm, and relaxing. Easy to park, and ground was level and hookups were in great locations. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to do another trip to Hidden Paradise Farms!

Belle and Beau Acres was perfect! It was the best quick getaway for myself and my dog. Christine was so gracious and responsive. It’s truly a special place. I’d recommend it to anyone and will be back again very soon!

Weekend Trip to East Tennessee Hilltop Campsite

This is an absolutely beautiful and totally private campground. It has water hook up that you can access even if you don’t have an RV. Has a beautiful views of a little pond and rolling hills. There’s both flat land and slightly sloped land, multiple places to put your tent. Plenty of space for parking. Unfortunately, our dog got sprayed by a skunk. I reached out to the host, and he immediately had a neighbor come over and help us. They brought us a hose and some dish soap. Very kind people, very accommodating host. We would go back even after our dog got hosed by a skunk! Mostly our dog’s fault, I don’t think they have crazy skunks or anything.

It was wonderful being able to Hammock camp there. The horses were very nice to see in the evenings! The fireflies were also very cool!

I have hipcamped many times and this was my favorite spot so far! It has more than enough amenities to enjoy yourself regardless of the weather. If it had a toilet and a shower I’d probably road trip out here just for this spot and stay a week. The creek is amazing. Our dogs loved swimming in it. It’s easy to pull in with a camper and park, has electric hookup and water. There’s also a covered patio with lighting that’s nice for when it’s raining. I have zero complaints

This is a new Hip Camp listing and sites are privative for now. Enjoy unplugging as you camp because there is No Cell Phone reception here. There is WIFI at the neighborhood restaurant, Hellbender's Café just 4 minutes away (typically open from 11-5pm) during the warmer months. While there is no electricity (or hookups for RVs), there are very few street lights in the area which makes for amazing stargazing. The only source of water is from a temperate stream that runs along the back side of the property for those campers who are comfortable boiling or treating their water. The property is 5.3 acres total, part of it is open former pasture land and over 1/2 of the property is forest. There is a wooden hill top area that is great for tent campers. The back side of the property is steep in some places, but it can be fun for those who want to hike and explore the mountainside.
