Lovely campsite. Responsive host. I just think someone needs to fix the google maps/Apple Map link because it directs you to the wrong street… 30 minutes of frustration before we finally found it.

Could use a rake down there so people could use it to clear a tent spot/clean up trash and some better signage. I didn’t have a problem finding it but others might. I picked up a lot of glass as well.

It is a lovely spot on top of a hill. I was glad I turned the driving over to my husband for getting up the very steep driveway. Michael was very responsive when we had trouble getting water. The problem was us not the system. It is a first come first served system. I feel the sites could have been better marked. We were very happy there.

Second time I was able to enjoy Michael’s place.
Had a couple campers nearby but everyone was quiet and respectful. Would stay again.
Will plan on another trip soon.

The camp areas I saw were roomy and had flat areas for set up. There was a water/well available at the spot we camped at. Very quiet and peaceful. There was some old pieces of equipment and stuff around the area that could be a hazard to younger children. Campsite was up a steep hill and then down a little were we stayed. Stayed in march so foliage and trees not bloomed yet but can imagine would be very woodsy and beautiful.

Great location, great views, and quiet.
Would absolutely stay again, we stayed all week and worked in downtown and looked forward to getting back every night.
We had no issues up or down the driveway but it could be intimidating for the faint of heart.
Great host and very helpful.

Spectacular view. Definitely heed the host’s advice on using 4WD capable vehicle on gravel driveway. But the climb is worth it. Amazing opportunity to see sunrise.

was exactly as billed. we were the only ones there on a night with subzero temperatures. I could see it being crowded/annoying up there with more than 3 or 4 "groups". we thoroughly enjoyed having it to ourselves

Cool, simple place to camp. Stayed for one night while passing through Tennessee. Entry road/driveway was easy enough to find.

We stayed at the lower campground which was perfect for our three hammocks. The site also had plenty of room for tents. My Kia Sportage AWD handled the driveway just fine. We did hear slight highway noise, probably because of the season.

Had a great stay at Nashville Highland Rim. Only 10 minutes away from all services and very close to Madison and Nashville 30 mins or less). At camp you feel plenty removed from the city and burbs. The red reflectors at the driveway were helpful in finding the site. Looking forward to using the site during future visits to the area.

Michael’s land was beautiful. He was very friendly and accommodating for our large group. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on his land and the views and trees were beautiful.

This was perfect for our 1 night getaway with our friends. We car camped and the spot fit both cars and both tents with plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. Michael’s instructions were very helpful! Definitely will be back!
