The campsite is situated in the old orchard on the historical Ducken Farm. It has distant ocean views, is surrounded by hay fields, and you can see the local cows in the adjoining pasture. If, coming from Hwy 20, take the second driveway. The sites are past the house. There is running water in the little milkhouse by the barn. It is 1/2 mile from the famous Deception Pass State Park and 1 mile from the Deception Pass Bridge and it's Spectacular Views. There are many hiking trails, Ebey Bluffs, kayaking, ferry's to other islands, climb Goose Rock, Bowman Bay, Rosario Beach.

Site 7 - Ducken Farm Camping

Great little spot on the farm with cut grass to pitch a tent and gravel spot to park our Jeep with roof top tent. Fire pit would have been nice, but cool night with windy conditions expected, we skipped it this time. Conveniently located just a bit from Deception Pass this was just what we needed since all the State Park Campgrounds were essentially "booked up" with reservations. Henry drove down shortly after we announced our arrival to make sure we were set and it was perfect for our short one night stay on the island.

Great spot to stay!! Plush grassy sites, clean bathrooms, running water. Hosts were responsive and nice.

Awesome place to stay, easy to find and great open area with a great view. Henry is a great host and the location is super close to deception pass. Would definitely come back.

Site 8 - Ducken Farm Camping

Karen and Henry were quick to reply for last minute plans. We had the farm to ourselves. Enjoyed beautiful sunset and soft green grass. Nice to have running water by the outhouse and another sink for washing dishes. We recommend this over camping at the nearby state park any day!

Quiet, peaceful spot for our 3 night base camp while we were visiting friends on Whidbey Island. Clean, well-maintained. Friendly owner stopped by to check on us.
