2 nights at Revive Your Spirit at Lagom Langing

We had a lovely 2 nights at Connie’s Cabin celebrating my birthday. Watching deer and birds from the deck was so peaceful and serene. Grateful that Laurel and Rock have shared their beautiful property with folks looking for a little respite. We feel refreshed!

2 nights at Rustic Escape Glamping Site

The tent camping was perfect. Having all the modern amenities (electrical, a fridge, toilets, sink) made it for the perfect glamping experience. The grounds themselves were *gorgeous* and it was like stepping into your own personal oasis. 10/10. Thank you for having us!

Weekend Trip to Apple Cove Farm

Me and my group went on a really rainy 3 day span, we ended up being the only ones camping there, James upgraded us to a better spot in the camp site which was awesome! James was very accommodating and helpful to us throughout our time there! Very beautiful land and a decent amount of places to explore!

Weekend Trip to Secluded Country Cabin

My son and I just got back from a night's stay at the secluded cabin and it was an absolute delight! Mary and David were wonderful to communicate with and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful trip. The land is gorgeous, with a cute little fishing pond and a creek to explore. The cabin was very private and cozy and we paid the extra $15 for the generator, which powered all of the lights we needed for the evening. (Just a note: even with unplugging everything else being powered, the generator is not enough to work the coffee pot I brought from home, so bring what you need to boil water over the campfire!) The outhouse was only a few yards down a lit path from the cabin and was completely immaculate, with no smell at all, so don't let the lack of indoor plumbing deter you! Even with a first day that was a bit chilly and drizzly, my son and I had a GREAT time and will be back again!

Every year we host a Tree fundraiser called "May We Begin" where we replant as many trees with tree shields as we can raise funds for. Learn more about this land: The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. You have two options--bring your own tent and camping gear and rough it, or stay in our hand-built cabin with all you need for a couple of nights of pure R&R! Experience zero light pollution at this off the grid cabin or in one of our camping spots. Although the cabin is not hooked up to electric or water, it is equipped with kitchen cabinets, pots and pans and dishes and silverware, drinking and cleaning/cooking water, a pullout bed with sheets and blankets (2 people), a couch that becomes a futon, one more couch and a blowup air mattrees, a dining room table and four chairs, a porch glider, an outhouse, a camp stove, books, a few rechargeable lights (but good to bring your own), kindling and firewood, and is insulated with a stove for winter stays. A fire pit and benches await your nighttime enjoyment of the solitude and stars. We encourage you to walk and experience a true "backwoods" experience, but we will drive you down in our Utility Vehicle if needed. A ping pong table is available in the barn/workshop if people would like to play. We also have pollinator and vegetable gardens and chickens, and we produce maple syrup in the spring. If guests are interested in workshops on carpentry, food preservation, foraging, gardening, bread baking, and kombucha-brewing, they should let us know a WEEK in ADVANCE.
