Our stay at Dave’s camp was nothing short of spectacular! The communication was top-notch, with clear, easy-to-follow directions that made our arrival seamless. The gated entry gave us a great sense of security, allowing us to fully unwind. The grounds were stunningly beautiful, offering a serene and secluded atmosphere—it truly felt like we were the only ones there, even with another group at the second camp. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the night sky; the stars were absolutely dazzling, providing an unforgettable stargazing experience. Everything was so well thought out, making this a perfect retreat. We can’t recommend Dave’s camp enough for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway under the stars!

Great location 30 minutes from Crater Lake. Wide open meadow with lots of trees. Beautifully maintained. Little town of Prospect is minutes away where you’ll find home style cooking at the Prospect restaurant and tip one with the locals at the Trophy Bar. Lots of fun!

It was wonderful camping here! The frogs and redwings blackbirds by the lake accompanied the ocean waves. The campsites are beautifully maintained and well spaced out for good privacy and a great experience. Thanks for sharing this land!

This property was beautiful!! We stayed on site 7. It was really nice being so close to the river. The wild life is stunning as well; we saw eagles, hawks, jays, chipmunks, western squirrels. The host, James, was very welcoming and hospitable! Will definitely be returning. The campsites are close together, but you still have a sense of privacy w the trees and bushes separating sites.

Our stay at Pine Camp #2 couldn’t have been better! The only thing we heard were birds in the morning and an occasional woodpecker. Hookups were easy to use and worked perfectly! The only negative is we had to leave! I strongly recommend Pine Camp to those looking for peace and quiet in the Crater Lake area. We would absolutely return!

A great place for a short stay. Really enjoyed the property, helpful friendly hosts, an awesome friendly Corgi that paid us some visits, and a nice quiet vibe. We really enjoyed this specific spot given its seclusion, and the fact that it is at the top of the hill, so you have some nice views down the hill. I would happily stay here again.

Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack with the eggs for sale sign. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left.

Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty. ꕥ The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. Crater Lake Resort

Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

We purchased this slice of paradise in 2003 as a place to relax, recharge, and someday build our dream home. It started as nothing more than a gravel road leading to a small clearing with an old bus and a couple decks. Our children have grown up out here learning a deep respect for nature and the real (non digital) world. Now empty nesters, we live on site. Part of our retirement planning is to spend next several years developing the lower portion of the property (approx. 15 acres) into a campground and retreat for our guests, as well as our own family, friends, and grandchildren.
